Payment & Proof
Once your quote is approved and the invoice has been paid, we move into the design stage! Once our design team has created your design, a digital proof will be sent for review and approval prior to moving forward with production.
We will fabricate your order! Our standard production time is 3 weeks from receiving payment and approval on the proof.
We will contact you when your order has shipped or ready for local pickup.
Digital Proof Policy
1 complimentary proof of your requested design is included with your order per item.
1 complimentary minor adjustment/change will be provided per item.
Additional proofs will be subject to a $15 design fee per item.
Custom orders will be produced exactly as approved. Any changes after you have approved are subject to a reprinting fee. It is the buyers responsibility of the client to thoroughly review the proof provided. Any typos, misspellings or incorrect dates must be identified at the time of proofing.
Approval of the proof must be made prior to production.
