Shipping & Refunds
We take pride in your products and services. Our products are custom-made therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please be sure of your color and design options before making your request. If you have any questions please ask prior to submitting your order. We do not allow for exchanges or credits. .
We ship via USPS or FedEx Ground. If you would like an item shipped otherwise, please contact us to discuss options. We ship to the address listed on the invoice. Please make sure the address is correct as we not responsible for items shipped to addresses listed incorrectly.
* Note, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that most of our items are highly fragile and require additional support to ensure safe transportation of your custom products.

Insurance for total value (coverage for loss or damaged packages)
Packing materials to ensure safe transportation (double boxing, peanuts, tissue paper, bubble paper, tape, fragile stickers, etc)
Full tracking number (USPS First Class International excluded)
All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.
We can not be held responsible for delays during transit, weather related delays on behalf of the carrier. Custom orders are final sale.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours so we may file a claim. It is our goal to send a replacement however due to scheduling it may take up to 3 weeks for production to be completed. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.
Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method-- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.
Please confirm the address entered at checkout as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.
