Refund Policy
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM

Must contact seller within within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. The item must then be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once item(s) have been received, a refund less the original shipping cost will be processed.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. In the event of any changes or cancellations a cancellation fee will be assessed. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

Custom items are non-refundable. Please contact us within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies with your order .

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 

DOMESTIC

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service. Additional services such as "Signature Confirmation" are available for an additional fee. Inquire before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

Will ship via USPS First Class International Mail (contents weighing under 4 lbs), USPS Priority Mail International (contents exceeding 4 lbs), or UPS Standard. * Note, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that most of our items are highly fragile and require additional support to ensure safe transportation of your custom products.

SHIPPING RATES INCLUDE

Postage Fee
Insurance for total value (coverage for loss or damaged packages)
Packing materials to ensure safe transportation (double boxing, peanuts, tissue paper, bubble paper, tape, fragile stickers, etc)
Full tracking number (USPS First Class International excluded)
All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

LATE DELIVERY

We can not be held responsible for delay during transit, weather related delays on behalf of the carrier. Custom orders are final sale. 

DAMAGED ITEM(S) 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours  so we may file a claim. It is our goal to send a replacement however due to scheduling it may take up to 3 weeks for production to be completed. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.

Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method-- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.

Please confirm the address entered at checkout as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.
